Here is your free Power of Attorney Notice for the state of Pennsylvania
In Memory of Roy E. "Whip" Wilson
Recently with the loss of y beloved father I came to realize that the state of Pennsylvania had incorporated the need for a specific notice to accompany all power of attorneys that none were grandfathered in. I could not find this notice anywhere. I was forced to pay additional money to go to an attorney again to get a copy to attach to my previous power of attorney. I think the notice is ridiculous as you can see. I wondered what people who did not have the money for an attorney would do. I wondered if other people like me had no idea that this notice existed until it was too late. Let me warn you, if your loved one has signed a power of attorney in the state of Pennsylvania, Senate Bill No. 173 Section 5601 of Title 20 Statutes was amended to require this notice. You will not be able to use your power of attorney unless this paper is signed, notary is not necessary. I encourage you to get this done right away and to spend time with your loved ones while you can.
